Notes from an Angel wishes to share a small gesture of kindness by creating a sweet angel with a note written on the inside of the wings to bring comfort and reassurance that you or someone you know are not alone.

How to Request Your Note From An Angel
Instructions:
1. Go to the Contact Us tab
2. Complete the request form for a Note from An Angel at no cost.
3. Provide details such as colors,
special interests, occasion, date you need the Angel
4. Indicate the delivery address – where to send the Notes From An Angel.
5. Message Options:
- Email me what you would like me to add to the wings
- We can create the Angel and add a poem or a quote on the wings . Details must be included on the request form. The Angel and message will be shown to you before mailing.
- Or the wings can be blank so you can add your own personal message.
6. Indicate if you would like the Angel to stand up or use as an ornament (sting added).
7. Click on Send
